Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Yes we do as long as the item is unused. Simply log into your account and use the Request Return option. If this is unavailable you may be outside the RETURN period - please send an email via the Contact form to discuss the situation

Once the product has been received into the warehouse and checked we will process a refund for the cost of the original item less any discounts or loyalty point amounts. We will process a store credit or a refund to the credit card or Paypal account used for original payment (a refund may attract a restocking fee as per our Terms & Conditions) - please let us know which you prefer. If no preference is stated we will issue a store credit.

Q. Do I need a licence in Australia to own a sword?
A. If you live in Victoria or wish to have the sword sent to a Victorian address you will need to how us either a

  • "Chief Commissioner's Approval to Possess Prohibited Weapons" OR
  • you will need to provide your membership number to a club that has a "Governor In Council Exemption".

    If you do not have either of these you could join a re-enactment umbrella group like the ARA – Australian Re-enactors Association http://re-enactors.org.au/Membership-Renewals/ or Victorian Historical & Edged Weapons Collectors Guild http://swordcollectorsguild.org.au/application-form/ either group extends coverage and permits to you for owning and using a sword for certain purposes in Victoria.

Q. How do I know if a product is in stock?
A. We only show and sell products that are ready to ship on our website. Chances are if you order it today it will be despatched within 1-2 business days of receiving cleaed payment.
